1. Spring has finally arrived. Yea!
2. Allergies are in full swing for everybody in our house. Boo
3. We have been enjoying walks/bike rides on the green way on Saturdays.
4. Beach trip is needed soon!!
5. Watching the NCAA tournament is interesting in our house. Hope the Heels go all the way.
6. Need to spend several hours working on photo albums.
7. Planning to spend some time this weekend on the deck enjoying the weather. Maybe even dinner and a bonfire one night.
8. Only 38 for a few more days.
9. Having pets has it ups and downs.
10. Hannah sleeps in a tent every night. Silly girl.

The room is finally finished. I forgot to take before pictures of it but here are the after. It is already being used more than before with the new set up. I still have some artwork to hang on the wall and a photo wall but for the most part it is finished.

We have been working for about a week on rearranging our bonus room. It's almost done. More to come tomorrow.

Ten on Tuesday

1. Migraines are horrible. Just saying.

2. We are re-arranging our bonus room. Can't wait to finish it. I think we will like set up much better. Will post pictures.

3. Had blackened pepper chicken and ceaser salad last night for dinner. It was delicious.

4. Spring is around the corner. Our Bradford Pear trees have started blooming.

5. Can't believe it is March. Wasn't Christmas just a few weeks ago? Wow time really flies.

6. Chore list are working well. Posted them last week and they sat untouched for a day or two. When I mentioned them and mentioned getting paid. B said "oh I didn't realize money was involved". Chores have been done everyday since and payday was Sunday. It's amazing what a little money can do for motivation.

7. We walked 3miles on the nature trail last weekend and took all three dogs with us. It was nice. Hope to do it again soon.

8. Hope this weekend provides nice weather for some grilling and dinner on the deck.

9. I think a day trip to the beach is need.

10. Wish I lived there. One day hopefully. This picture will have to hold me over.

Ten on Tuesday

1. Country Mega tickets have been purchased for this summer. 6 great concerts (Tim McGraw, Toby Keith, Rascal Flatts, Kenny Chesney, Jason Aldean and Brad Paisley). I can't wait.
2. Summer vacation to beach has been booked.
3. Experimenting a little more with my camera. I like the results so far.
4. Hurricanes game was good on Sat. night. Too bad they lost.
5. Yesterday was a warm day so we did homework on the deck while dinner was cooked on the grill.
6. Our two labs enjoyed our time on the deck.
7. Hannah's hermit crab escaped from its cage last week and crawled across her bookcase. She screamed to the top of her lungs.
8. The hermit crab now resides in the bathroom.
9. Looking forward to spring and warmer weather. (hurry please)
10. Where did February go?
11. I didn't take these photos, Brittany did. She did a great job.

1. Today has been a challenge in more ways than one.
2. Ordered the books that I finished at the beach. Can't wait to get them.
3. Wish I was back at the beach.
4. Todays high was 50, tomorrow it is supposed to be 71 degrees and Thursday it is supposed to be 41 degrees.
5. Crazy weather. Everyone will be sick again
6. So ready for Spring and Summer to get here with warm weather

7. Really trying to simplify life. Cut out the stuff that doesn't matter and live in the moment.

8. Fell off the organization and healthy eating bandwagon. I have got to get back on it asap (read this weekend)
9. I am enjoying my pandigital e-reader. Similar to IPad but much cheaper.
10. Currently reading One Thousand Gifts, A dare to live fully right where you are. It is very thought provoking. I have started by list of 1000 gifts. Care to join me? There are gifts all around us.

1. I spent last weekend at Topsail Island scrapbooking.
2. The house we were in had a fantastic view of the ocean.
3. I completed 3 digital books and 3 one page layouts.
4. I had not scrapbooked in a long time until last weekend.
5. I have about 8 years to catch up on.
6. It snowed and sleeted while we were there.
7. The beach was beautiful with the snow on the sand dunes.
8. I'm looking forward to going back next year.
9. Even though I had a lot of fun, I was glad to get home to my family.
10. No post is complete without a pictures. These were take Sat. night after the snow/sleet. You can see the ice on the road and it was about 18 degrees on the beach and the wind was blowing hard. But I wouldn't have missed it.

1. Migraines are gone and sinus infection is gone after 2 weeks and 2 different antibiotics. Praise the Lord!
2. Hannah is sick now
3. Bought quite a few Christmas gifts this past weekend
4. November and December are busy months for our family
5. Nov. 17th we will celebrate 20 years of marriage
6. Brittany will be 19 on Nov. 27th.
7. Hannah will be 10 on Dec. 1st.
8. All this all equals $$$
9. Jim is going back to school. It should be interesting at our house with Jim and Brittany both in college.

1. I have been suffering with migraines for over a week. It is time for them to leave for good.
2. Ready for the cool weather to stick around for a while
3. Jim's 20 year high school reunion was Saturday and we had a nice time
4. ECU win + NC State lose + UNC win= a GREAT day!
5. Christmas cards have been ordered.
6. I took my sister in law's family pictures on Sunday and they turned out great

7. Fall break is over and the girls are back to school this week after having a week off.
8. Ordered the picture to go over our mantel. Now I have to buy a frame for it. Excited to get it framed and hung.
9. Hannah rode on a zip line this weekend and had a blast!

10. Need to buy pumpkins and mums for the front porch. However I am not sure they will survive the wrath of Georgia

1. Hannah's soccer team won their game last night
2. We are having BBQ chicken, rice and green beans for supper instead of meatloaf
3. Hawaii post is coming I promise. Just trying to plan it out with the pictures and words to describe it.
4. I have been in a clean up clean out mood lately. I decided to go through our towels, wash clothes and dish clothes at 2am Saturday morning. I was still up. Why not?
5. Cool weather where are you? It is the middle of October and it is 87 degrees.
6. I read the new Nicholas Sparks book in 2 days. It was too good to put down
7. Next project, organizing my digital files. I only have approx. 50,000 photos on my computer. I have several photo books that I want to put together.
8. Looking forward to the new bible study at church on Thursday night
9. High school reunion this weekend. Has it really been 20 years?
10. Have a sewing project that I want to try. I will post a picture once it is done.

7. I plan to post soon about our awesome trip to Hawaii that we took in June.
8. June was 4 months ago. I am way late on getting Hawaii posted.

MIA, Graduation and Hawaii

I have been MIA for a while. Life has been extremely busy but good. We are on the count down to Brittany's graduation and our family trip to Hawaii.

In 39 days Brittany will graduate from high school and begin the next chapter in her life. Where has the time gone?

In 43 days we will all be boarding a plane to Hawaii. A joint celebration for Brittany's graduation and our 20th anniversary.

So much to do in such little time but it is all going to be good.

I plan to be better about keeping this blog updated.

The last few weeks have been very busy. We enjoyed a week at the beach. Took Brittany and her best friend Olivia's senior pictures. Took Anna-Kate and Jacob's pictures. Went to the Rascal Flatts concert last night and Hannah started school today.
